Project Overview
A property management company was redacting up to 100 documents a month by hand, placing black boxes over personal data, saving each file to a server, and then logging it again in their SAP CRM. We built a system that recognizes every document, redacts personal data securely in under a second, renames it consistently, and files it directly in the correct SAP record. One step instead of three, with full audit logging.
