Brokerage Automation

One System for the Entire Listing Lifecycle

Project Overview

A regional real estate brokerage in Greece wanted to give its agents a system that handles the repetitive work around every exclusive listing. Today, owner updates, lead entry, and market research are done by hand. Silvercrest built an AI system that runs the full listing lifecycle automatically, from the moment a listing goes live through the sale and the referral cycle that follows, connected directly to the brokerage's existing CRM. The agent stays in control at two points only, while everything in between runs on its own.

Category

Brokerage Automation

Client

Regional real estate brokerage, Greece (confidential)

Key Advantages

Key Achievements

Full listing lifecycle automated, from assignment through sale to referral nurture

New leads captured into the CRM automatically, with instant agent notification

Automated market valuation combining live listings and the brokerage's own sold-price data

Technologies Implemented

Integration with the brokerage's CRM via its official API

Lead capture and source classification from web and email channels

Comparative market analysis from live listings and historical sold data

Outcome

The brokerage moved from manual, agent-dependent admin to a system that runs every listing the same way, every time. Owners receive timely updates without anyone remembering to send them, leads are captured the moment they arrive, and agents walk into price conversations backed by real market data. As the office grows toward its agent target, the system scales with it, turning expansion into a matter of activation rather than rebuilding.
