Project Overview
A municipal housing company managing a large residential portfolio had built up thousands of documents a year across its systems, with no consistent filing structure to hold them. Records lived in SAP and on shared drives, accumulated over decades, with no reliable way to find a specific document when it was needed. We developed a system that reads each incoming and existing document, identifies its type, and files it into a clean, consistent structure, even where none existed before.
