Brokerage Automation

From Field Notes to CRM, Without the Keyboard

Project Overview

A growing real estate brokerage was entering property forms, mandates, and listing descriptions by hand, dozens of fields per document, then translating and logging each one manually. At low volume this is manageable, but as the office scales toward 50 documents a day, that hidden cost grows into hours of daily data entry. Silvercrest built an automation layer that reads each document, extracts the structured data, generates polished descriptions, and pushes everything directly into the brokerage's CRM, with agents able to capture data from the field by voice.

Date

March 2025 - August 2026

Category

Brokerage Automation

Client

Regional real estate brokerage, Greece (confidential)

Key Advantages

Key Achievements

Inspection forms, mandates, and listing descriptions turned into structured CRM records

Greek and English property descriptions produced ready to publish

Field data captured by voice and pushed straight into the CRM, no office, no keyboard

Technologies Implemented

OCR and computer-vision models for structured extraction from scanned/handwritten forms

Automatic form-type detection across listing and buyer mandates

Voice capture from the field that transcribes and pushes structured data into the CRM

Outcome

The brokerage moves from manual, agent-dependent data entry to a system that captures, structures, and files information the same way every time. Agents record viewings and client details by voice from the field, documents become CRM records without anyone typing, and descriptions arrive ready to publish in both languages. The same foundation supports everything that follows, so each new capability and each new office is faster and cheaper to add because the operating layer already exists.
